The holiday season is a great time to expand your professional network and search for job openings. This is partly due to the fact that increased demand requires additional temporary or permanent staffing, and partly because many companies are recruiting new positions for a fresh start in the new year. Understanding how to optimize your job search around this time of year will allow you to implement effective strategies to secure your desired role.
